If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
About Our Services
Seniors Helping Seniors® Southern Arizona provides non-medical in-home care services, including companionship, personal care, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, respite care, and transitional care, across Tucson, Green Valley, Catalina Foothills, Sierra Vista, and Cochise County. We do not provide medical, nursing, or skilled healthcare services. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician or healthcare provider for medical questions.
Information on this website describes services generally. Availability, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed only through a signed client service agreement following an in-home consultation.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or contact our office.
